Capital Assistance Scheme Funding enabled purchase of a residential property in Inchicore that provides supported accommodation for three adults. It also privately rents a property in Drimnagh where 1 person is supported to live independently.
We promised to keep you informed of progress on this highly anticipated building project that will see the development of 12 units for older persons in Rafter's Lane, Drimnagh. WALK are delighted to have received confirmation from Dublin City Council and the Department of Environment of our grant under the Capital Assistance Scheme. The design team is now preparing tender documents for the project. It is envisaged that the building will start on site early 2016.
