A social enterprise is an organisation that applies capitalistic strategies to achieving philanthropic goals. Through Walkinstown Green Social Enterprises Limited (WGSEL), WALK aims to create a self sustaining social enterprise that fulfils a social need within our community, while creating education, employment and training opportunities for people with intellectual disabilities, autism and other barriers to employment.
Open seven days a week, our café serves fresh, wholesome food and delicious coffee, with plenty of seating both indoors and out.
Our spacious courtyard and shop offer plants, houseplants and gifts with friendly advice from our qualified horticulturists.
Nestled between the café and garden shop is a meeting and training room, with presentation facilities, that's available for hire.
