On Tuesday 19th September, WALK hosted a Town Hall event at Rua Red, Tallaght providing an opportunity for local Political representatives to meet with the people we support, families and WALK staff.
The event highlighted the National Federation of Voluntary Bodies Budget 2024 Messages and some of the challenges families, the people we support and WALK’s services are currently facing.
WALK are hugely grateful to the people we support, families and staff who contributed to and participated in the event by sharing their own experiences. We would also like to thank the local Political representatives who attended and supported the event.
