We are happy to present our Annual Report 2020. This year's report is dedicated to our staff, for their resilience, dedication and flexibility in what was for many, the toughest year of their careers. We'd also like to acknowledge the effects that the pandemic had on many families and thank them for their patience and understanding and their kind words.
As the final year in our Strategic Plan 2018 - 2020, we continued with our aim to be as transparent as possible and to share progress across three themes of sustainability, communication and housing reform. We would like to especially thank the people who shared their stories for the report.
